Former Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda expressed confidence that the Congress Party is capable of clinching victory in the upcoming Haryana assembly elections without forming any alliances. His remarks come amid speculation about a possible tie-up with the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), a national ally in the INDIA bloc.
Discussing election strategies, Hooda highlighted that winnability will be the main criterion for ticket distribution within the Congress.
