The Togo delegation, comprising ministers, parliamentarians, judges, and advisors, convened with Birla at the Parliament House. Birla reaffirmed India's commitment to supporting Togo in its democratic journey.
Birla emphasized India's extensive experience in forming a parliamentary democracy and drafting its Constitution in 1947, incorporating best practices from global constitutions. He underscored the importance of a parliamentary system where citizen aspirations are reflected, and collective solutions are found for societal issues.
