Biden Warns China Over Support to Russia Amid Ukraine Conflict

US President Joe Biden on Thursday issued a stern warning to China, underscoring that the nation will face consequences for aiding Russia in its war against Ukraine. Biden highlighted that several European countries are set to significantly reduce their investments in China.

"We must ensure that Xi Jinping understands the cost of destabilizing both the Pacific Basin and Europe, especially concerning Russia's dealings with Ukraine," Biden remarked to reporters during a press conference.

Biden further elaborated on the challenges faced by foreign investors in China and discussed the necessity of Western countries to ramp up their own industrial and munition capacities.
