A Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Madhavi Latha on Monday took a potshot at Congress leader Rahul Gandhi for accusing Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah of "attacking" the Constitution saying, the statement was not based on truth at all.
