Also taking oath were Janasena chief and actor Pawan Kalyan, along with Nara Lokesh, son of Naidu. The oath was administered by Andhra Pradesh Governor S Abdul Nazeer. With the Assembly's strength at 175, the cabinet is permitted to include 26 ministers, including the Chief Minister.
In the recent elections, the NDA, consisting of TDP, BJP, and Janasena, achieved a significant victory, winning 164 out of 175 Assembly seats and 21 out of 25 Lok Sabha seats in Andhra Pradesh.
