A notorious pickpocket, known infamously as 'Potty Badmash', was arrested by Delhi Police on Monday after several evasions. Deepak, 27, had eluded capture by employing a bizarre tactic—defecating in his pants to deter officers. However, this time, the police were ready with protective gear.
Acting on suspicious behavior, officers spotted Deepak near Eidgah Park. Despite his attempt to flee, the police gave chase and pinned him down. 'As expected,' one officer remarked, 'he deployed his infamous plan, but we were equipped with gloves and masks, preventing his escape.'
A subsequent search revealed a knife that Deepak referred to as his 'lucky charm.' Further interrogation unveiled his involvement in multiple mobile thefts and knife-related crimes in the area, with over six cases against him in various police stations across North and Central Delhi.
