Tragic Ordeal: Mentally Disturbed Girl Suffers Assault on Train in Punjab

In a distressing incident unfolding in Punjab's Gujrat district, a 13-year-old Christian girl was reportedly abducted and raped on a stationary freight train. Local authorities identified the suspect as a vagabond named Raheel Butt.

The mentally disturbed girl was taken from her home and assaulted inside a train cabin. Post-attack, the police moved swiftly, although the perpetrator managed to escape. Currently, the girl is being treated in a local hospital and is reported to be out of danger.

Her father expressed anguish, revealing that the traumatic news led to his wife suffering a heart attack. He appeals to Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz for immediate intervention to ensure justice. Continuous raids are being conducted by the police to apprehend the suspect.
