According to officials, the woman's husband, a laborer, had not been paid for several months, which had plunged the family into financial hardship.
The woman's desperate act drew the attention of villagers, including the local village head, who attempted to calm her down. Despite their efforts, she remained on the tank, insisting on receiving the unpaid dues. The situation saw a resolution when the contractor agreed to visit the site and settle the pending payment.
