Seoul Tragedy: Motorcyclist Found Dead in Sinkhole

A tragic incident in Seoul, South Korea, led to the death of a motorcyclist who fell into a massive 20-metre sinkhole. The search concluded 18 hours later when rescuers located the 33-year-old man's body, found 50 metres away in a subway tunnel under construction.

According to fire rescue official Kim Chang-seob, the arduous task required pumping out water and navigating through debris, with the cause of death still undetermined. In a fortunate escape, a car driver endured minor injuries after narrowly avoiding the sinkhole.

Surveillance footage revealed the horrifying moment when the vehicle bounced over the hole before the motorcycle and its rider plunged into the depths. Authorities continue to probe the cause of this catastrophic collapse.
