The Delhi High Court has dismissed a plea by Inder Pal Singh Gaba, a UK resident, challenging his arrest for alleged involvement in the 2023 protests at the Indian High Commission in London. The court found no infirmity in the remand orders, confirming that Gaba was informed of the grounds for his arrest.

Gaba, arrested by the National Investigation Agency (NIA), was accused of participating in unlawful activities during protests which saw anti-India and Khalistani slogans and attempts to desecrate the Indian flag. Evidence, including audio-visual materials, purportedly demonstrates Gaba's active role in these events.

Despite Gaba's claims of non-participation and lack of communication regarding his arrest, the court and the NIA presented evidence of his involvement. These actions were part of a broader conspiracy to attack Indian missions, according to the investigation findings.
