In a chilling incident, a 40-year-old man has been accused of murdering his wife and two children with an axe in Jharkhand's East Singhbhum district, police reported on Monday.
According to law enforcement, the brutal attack took place in Khariasai Tola, Phuldhari village around 2 am, leaving the community in shock.
The suspect, identified as Kunwar Tudu, allegedly conducted the assault while intoxicated. Three family members were killed instantly, while two other children are hospitalized in critical condition. Authorities have arrested Tudu and are investigating the motive behind the attack.
