The Odisha government executed a reshuffle in its bureaucracy, appointing new department secretaries and assigning additional roles to senior officials, according to an official statement issued Saturday.
Sanjay Kumar Singh will now handle the responsibilities of the Food Supplies and Consumer Welfare (FSCW) Department, alongside his existing roles. The changes were confirmed in a notification from the general administration department.
Meanwhile, Vishal Dev has been given additional duties as Principal Secretary of the Energy Department, while Bhaskar Jyoti Sarma, Girish SN, and Guha Poonam Tapas Kumar take on new roles within various departments, reflecting the government's strategic realignment efforts.
