At least four people lost their lives, and six others sustained injuries in Russia's aggressive overnight attacks on Ukraine’s key cities, Kharkiv and Kyiv, according to officials on Tuesday.
Russian forces launch drone attacks on Ukrainian regions almost nightly. Last night, Ukraine’s military successfully intercepted 26 out of 48 drones. The assault led to the deaths of four individuals in Kharkiv’s Osnovianskyi district, reported Mayor Ihor Terekhov via Telegram.
An emergency service video revealed rescuers working under floodlights, removing the rubble and carrying a black bag used for bodies. The attack occurred following a guided bomb strike that devastated Kharkiv’s Derzhprom building. In Kyiv, Russian drone debris injured six, igniting a residential building, and several cars according to Mayor Vitali Klitschko.
