Kremlin Denies Musk-Putin Connection
The Kremlin has denied allegations of regular communication between Elon Musk and President Vladimir Putin, asserting that their only contact occurred before 2022. The Wall Street Journal's report suggesting ongoing interactions since late 2022 was labeled as false by Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov.
The Kremlin has categorically denied a Wall Street Journal report that claimed regular communication between Elon Musk and President Vladimir Putin. According to Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov, there has only been one contact between the two, and that was prior to 2022.
Peskov emphasized the lack of truth in the report, asserting that any claims of regular contact are unfounded. The denial comes amid heightened interest in Musk's international connections given his influential status as the world's richest man.
Despite the Journal's assertions of continual communication since late 2022, the Kremlin maintains that these allegations are completely false, shutting down speculation about the extent of Musk's interactions with Russian officials.
