The National Investigation Agency has announced a reward of INR 10 lakh for information leading to the arrest of Anmol Bishnoi, the younger brother of incarcerated gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, authorities revealed on Friday.
Anmol Bishnoi is a key figure under investigation by the NIA, allegedly tied to a shooting incident near actor Salman Khan's residence in Mumbai last April. The anti-terror agency has placed him on their most-wanted list.
Despite Anmol Bishnoi's alleged involvement in the murder of former Maharashtra minister Baba Siddique, a recent attempt for bail for one of the accused in the Salman Khan-related shooting was denied. Bishnoi's connections span internationally, with possible ties to Canada and the US.
