The statement did not specify the time frame in which these casualties occurred. In contrast, Israel reported the loss of approximately 20 soldiers inside Lebanon following the commencement of its ground operations.
Additionally, Israel stated that around 30 soldiers have been killed due to Hezbollah attacks targeting northern Israel.
