Himachal Pradesh Moves Forward: Appointments Recommended for Fireman and Market Supervisor Exams

A Himachal Pradesh Cabinet sub-committee has recommended providing appointments to candidates who passed the fireman and market supervisor exams. This comes after a meeting chaired by Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri. Previously, results for some exams were withheld due to identified irregularities by the state's vigilance department.

The Himachal Pradesh government is making strides in addressing pending recruitment issues. A Cabinet sub-committee, led by Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri, met to discuss the situation at hand.

In their session, the committee recommended appointments for candidates who successfully cleared the fireman and market supervisor examinations under Post Codes 916 and 977 respectively.

This decision was made in light of earlier irregularities highlighted by the state's vigilance department, which had caused results for several recruitment exams, including that of junior office assistants, to be withheld.
