Allegations of Rape During Hotel Stay Spark Investigation

In a troubling development, a minor girl, who had earlier been abducted, has accused her alleged abductor of raping her in a hotel in Bikaner, despite being under police custody. The incident reportedly occurred in the presence of a police team.

According to officials, the victim was reportedly in a separate hotel room with a female constable while the male officers and the accused occupied another room. This sequence of events arose after the girl was found by Bikaner police in Ayodhya and brought back to Bikaner.

Following the girl's family's new complaint about the alleged assault, law enforcement officials have amended the ongoing kidnapping case against the accused to include rape charges. Authorities have stated that the case investigation is ongoing, with Bikaner's Deshnok police station leading the charge.
