In a chilling incident in Jammu and Kashmir's Ganderbal district, a terror attack claimed the lives of a doctor and five laborers. The attack occurred at a tunnel construction site on the Srinagar-Leh national highway, leaving the region in shock.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah strongly condemned the attack, stating that those behind this cowardly act would face the harshest response from security forces. Shah also expressed his deep sorrow over the loss of life and extended condolences to the victims' families.

While two laborers were killed instantly, three others and the doctor succumbed to their injuries later. Five individuals are currently undergoing treatment for injuries sustained in the attack. The hunt for the unidentified terrorists is underway.
