In a dramatic display of political tension, the BJP launched protests across 245 slum clusters in Delhi on Sunday, condemning the AAP government for alleged neglect of slum dwellers' living conditions.
Claiming that the BJP's accusations are misguided, the AAP responded with a statement highlighting the displacement of over 2,00,000 slum dwellers due to actions by central agencies.
Leading the charge, Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva not only assured slum residents of improved conditions if voted into power but also took aim at the AAP's policies, accusing the party of using citizens as political pawns.
