Trailblazing Triumph: Swetashree Mohapatra Leads in Odisha Civil Service Exam

Swetashree Mohapatra emerged as the top scorer in the Odisha State Civil Service Examination, 2022. Among the top 10 candidates, five were women. The examination, managed by the OPSC, saw 683 candidates succeed, with 258 women. Encompassing three phases, it had 92,914 applicants.

In a remarkable display of academic excellence, Swetashree Mohapatra topped the Odisha State Civil Service Examination, 2022, as announced by the Odisha Public Service Commission on Saturday.

Women's achievements shone brightly, as five out of the top 10 ranks were claimed by female candidates, including Mohapatra. In total, 683 aspirants passed the grueling examination, with women constituting 258 of the successful candidates.

The examination process included a preliminary test undertaken by 40,586 candidates on October 15, 2023, from an initial pool of 92,914 applicants, of which 34,712 were women.
