A tragic discovery unfolded in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, as police recovered the bodies of a 21-year-old woman and her teenage siblings from a river. The siblings had gone missing along with their mother days earlier.
Mamta Jatav, 47, from Kalyani village, disappeared with her children on October 15, igniting a frantic search after her husband alerted authorities, according to Additional Superintendent of Police Niranjan Sharma.
A bag containing a suicide note was found near Singh river at Dhumeshwar Dham, implicating harassment from the husband as the motive. The search for Mamta continues, while her husband faces police interrogation.
