In Ghaziabad, a couple experienced a violent assault by security and maintenance staff while vacating their rented apartment, igniting a storm on social media and triggering a swift police response.
The attack, led by guards wielding sticks, reportedly occurred over unpaid maintenance charges spanning seven months. This prompted a police intervention that ensured medical aid for the couple.
Assistant Commissioner of Police, Lipi Nagaich, confirmed that three suspects, identified as Shiv Pal, Shivendra, and Sunil, have been detained while efforts continue to capture others involved. Viral footage portrays the guards attacking and verbally abusing the family, casting a spotlight on security practices.
