A significant drug bust operation took place in Bhopal, as Madhya Pradesh police discovered a link to a synthetic drug factory recently raided by the Gujarat Anti-Terrorist Squad.

The chemicals seized from a local shop are worth an estimated Rs 250 to Rs 350 crore, Deputy Commissioner of Police Sanjay Agrawal revealed.

Three individuals, including the shop's owner Vishnu Patidar, are now under investigation, following their alleged connection to the production of MD drugs at a facility able to manufacture 25 kg daily.
