The country is also collaborating with around 20 other nations to facilitate the evacuation of foreign nationals through Turkish territory.
The Turkish foreign ministry made the announcement on Tuesday, stating that worsening conditions in Lebanon are linked to Israel's ground incursion into the southern part of the country. To manage the expected influx of evacuation requests, a coordination center has been established.
According to the ministry, guidelines for the evacuation of foreign nationals via Turkey have been established, and preparations are underway in collaboration with the countries that have requested assistance.
