According to authorities, Anand Kumar was using the facility when Shiv Charan began shouting at him for taking too long. The argument quickly turned physical.

In a fit of rage, Anand stabbed Shiv with a vegetable knife and fled the scene, taking the victim's phone. Police have since apprehended Anand and recovered both his clothes and the stolen phone. An FIR has been registered, and further investigation is ongoing as Shiv receives treatment at Safdarjung Hospital.
