Agriculture Minister Dr. Kirodi Lal Meena, underlining allegations of irregularities in the Rajasthan Administrative Service (RAS) recruitment, said on Monday that he had handed over all evidence to the Special Operation Group (SOG).

Expressing hope for action, he mentioned that those who became RAS officers through fraudulent means should face consequences. 'In RAS, I disclosed that the topper... I have the name of that person, which I will tell the agency. Rs 1 crore reached, and he was made the topper,' Meena alleged.

He added, 'You must have heard the 'mock interview' of that topper; he could not tell where Tejaji was born. These are the kinds of RAS toppers we have,' further stating that '11 people whose copies had 'not attempted' written on them were later given the copies, and they became RAS.'

Meena also narrated an incident: 'There was a case where a person told the then chairman of the Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) that a candidate would get 82 marks in the interview. Despite the chairman's skepticism, the candidate received exactly 82 marks.'

He emphasized, 'So many scams have happened in RPSC. I have provided all the evidence to SOG. I am confident that action will be taken against those who secured fake selections in RAS.'

On his unaccepted resignation, Meena stated, 'My resignation is intact. I am firm on my resignation and repeatedly requesting the chief minister to accept it on moral grounds.'
