Social activist Snehamayi Krishna, who filed a complaint in an alleged land allocation scam involving Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, is now facing accusations himself.

A 30-year-old woman from Nanjanagud in Mysuru district alleged that Krishna threatened her and her mother over a property dispute, police sources reported on Monday.

Krishna has called the charges 'fake' and is demanding a thorough investigation to verify his whereabouts at the time of the alleged incident. The First Information Report (FIR) was filed on August 21.

Notably, last week the Lokayukta police booked Siddaramaiah in the Mysore Urban Development Authority (MUDA) land allotment case, based on Krishna's petition and a special court's directive.
