Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu on Tuesday directed officials to devise a comprehensive plan aimed at enhancing public service delivery using Real-Time Governance (RTG).
The Chief Minister assessed the performance of the RTG centre at the Secretariat, originally established during the TDP government between 2014 and 2019. He held detailed discussions with the Chief Secretary and the DGP at the central command control centre, focusing on streamlining public services through RTG.
Naidu stressed that all departments should leverage RTG for accessing people's master data and rolling out immediate and improved services. Policies for swift service delivery in areas such as Aadhaar registration, vaccination, school admissions, and more were also highlighted.
Additionally, Naidu suggested exploring how RTG could expedite services related to sanitation, traffic management, disaster response, and other critical areas. He tasked officials to prepare a 100-day special project to enhance public services using RTG.
