The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Monday sought 14-day judicial custody for AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan in a money laundering case. The request was made to Special Judge Rakesh Syal during a hearing.

The central probe agency asserted that no additional custodial interrogation was needed at this stage. However, it also voiced concerns that Khan might use his influence to sway witnesses and impede the investigation if he were to be released.

Currently, arguments are continuing as the court considers the agency's request.
