Rajasthan Government Assigns Additional Responsibilities to Seven IAS Officers

The Rajasthan government has allocated extra responsibilities to seven IAS officers, enhancing their roles across various departments. This reshuffle includes positions in tourism, planning, home, health, and minority affairs. These adjustments aim to ensure streamlined governance and efficient service delivery across the state.

The Rajasthan government has reassigned additional charges to seven IAS officers, expanding their roles within various state departments.

As per the Personnel Department's order, Tourism Secretary Ravi Jain will also serve as the CEO of the Amer Development and Management Authority.

Planning Department's Special Secretary, Anupama Jorwal, will take on extra duties as Special Secretary for the Statistics Department, while K L Swami, Special Secretary in the Home Department, has been appointed Commissioner of the Civil Defence Department.

Additionally, Shaheen Ali Khan, the Project Director of the Rajasthan State AIDS Control Society, has been assigned the role of Director (Medical-IEC).

Rajendra Verma, Additional CEO in the State Health Assurance Agency, will now also serve as Director (Minority Affairs). Vandana Singhvi, Bikaner's Divisional Commissioner, takes on the additional post of Commissioner (Colonisation Department).

Finally, Amit Yadav will fulfill dual roles as Collector for both Deeg District and Bharatpur District.
