Tragic Accident on Currey Road: 20-Year-Old Killed, Two Others Injured

A 20-year-old man was killed and two others were injured when a car collided with their scooter on Currey Road Bridge, central Mumbai. The deceased, Ayush Kailash Singh, was with colleagues Shivam Kamlesh Singh and Vishal Prembahadur Singh. The driver, Manish Singh, has been arrested.

A fatal accident on Sunday claimed the life of a 20-year-old man, while two others sustained injuries after a car rammed into their scooter on a bridge in central Mumbai's Currey Road area, police reported.

The incident occurred in the afternoon, with Ayush Kailash Singh succumbing to injuries during hospital treatment, according to an official from NM Joshi Marg police station.

The driver responsible, identified as Manish Singh, has been detained under pertinent sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) Act. Authorities have initiated a detailed investigation into the incident.
