Delhi Court to Review Supplementary Charge Sheet in Alleged Land for Jobs Scam
A Delhi court is set to examine a supplementary charge sheet against former railway minister Lalu Prasad, his son Tejashwi Yadav, and others involved in the alleged land for jobs scam on September 13. The ED filed the case based on a CBI FIR related to Group-D appointments in the railways during Lalu Prasad's tenure.

A Delhi court is scheduled to review a supplementary charge sheet against former railway minister Lalu Prasad, his son Tejashwi Yadav, and eight others on September 13. The case involves an alleged land for jobs scam.
Special Judge Vishal Gogne set the date after determining that no further clarifications were required from the Enforcement Directorate (ED). The ED submitted the final report on August 6.
The investigation stems from an FIR filed by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). The scam pertains to Group-D appointments in the West Central Railways Zone during Lalu Prasad's tenure as railway minister from 2004 to 2009, allegedly in exchange for land plots transferred to his family or associates.
