The Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, in collaboration with the National Financial Reporting Authority (NFRA), has announced the launch of a three-month course dedicated to auditing processes. Designed specifically for chartered accountants, the 'New Age Auditors Program' aims to provide practical exposure to augment their expertise in the auditing sector.
The virtual course will begin in June, with an initial batch of 50 participants. Ajay Bhushan Prasad Pandey, Chairperson of NFRA, emphasized that the program will contribute to specialization in auditing for chartered accountants, equipping them to tackle complex audit scenarios effectively.
Key topics include addressing intricate audit issues, integrating technological advancements, and confronting corporate governance challenges. This initiative marks a significant step in refining the skills of future auditors, ensuring rigorous auditing standards are upheld.
