Police detained three individuals following the circulation of a social media video showing them allegedly raising anti-national slogans, according to an officer's statement on Wednesday.
The three suspects, who remain unidentified, have been charged under Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita section 197(1), which deals with imputations and assertions prejudicial to national integration, at the Faizganj Behta Police Station.
The video also depicted some individuals wielding weapons, although authorities have yet to determine whether the weapons were authentic.
