Additionally, two members of the Fatah faction were killed in Tulkarm under similar circumstances, as forces surrounded their locations and engaged in gunfire after evacuating civilians.
The military's drive, aimed at combating Iranian-backed militant groups, has wreaked havoc on the infrastructure, causing major disruptions.
