Law Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal on Tuesday unveiled a groundbreaking portal designed to streamline interactions between notaries and the government. This digital interface allows notaries to submit applications, secure appointments, and renew certificates without relying on physical documentation, an official statement confirmed.
In his address to the officers, Meghwal hailed the portal's launch as a key step toward establishing a paperless, faceless, and more efficient system. He noted the platform's user-friendly design, which is expected to significantly benefit both notaries and the general public once fully operational.
Law Secretary Rajiv Mani highlighted that the initiative aims not just to expedite the selection and appointment process for notaries, but also to foster greater efficiency and transparency.
