Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu criticized the British government's decision to suspend some arms export licenses to Israel, calling it a 'shameful decision' that would not deter Israel's efforts to defeat Hamas.
Britain's foreign minister, David Lammy, announced the suspension of 30 out of 350 arms export licenses due to concerns over potential violations of international humanitarian law.
Netanyahu emphasized that the decision came at a critical time, just after Israeli forces recovered the bodies of six hostages from a tunnel in Gaza. He asserted that Israel's determination to defeat Hamas, responsible for the deaths of 1,200 people on October 7, would not waver.
