Ukrainian foreign minister Dmytro Kuleba has called on Kyiv's partners to authorize long-range strikes into Russia after Moscow carried out a missile attack on Kyiv on Monday.
He emphasized Ukraine's predicament, stating, "In defending itself against these two barbaric war machines, Ukraine is forced to fight with hands tied behind its back. Isn't this absurd?"
Kuleba also pointed out that Russia used North Korean missiles during the attack and urged Asian allies to consider increasing their military support for Ukraine.
