A Russian guided bomb strike targeted Kharkiv, Ukraine, hitting both a residential building and a high-rise structure. The assault killed one child and injured two others, according to Mayor Ihor Terekhov.
"Occupiers killed a child right on the playground. At least three other people in the area were injured," Terekhov stated on Telegram.
Additionally, two more people tragically lost their lives when a 12-storey apartment block caught fire as a result of the attack, the mayor added.
