Former Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan is reportedly enduring solitary confinement under severe conditions in Rawalpindi's Adiala Jail, according to claims by his party, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).

PTI leader and close aide Sayed Zulfikar Abbas Bukhari, also known as Zulfi Bokhari, stated that Khan is subjected to inhumane treatment, including a deliberately left open sewer lid and limited water supply. Bokhari emphasized that even common prisoners receive better treatment.

Khan, who attributes his predicament to the Pakistani Army and the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI), reiterated fears for his life and well-being. Detained since August 5 last year for a corruption conviction, Khan's situation remains dire, despite securing bail in some cases.
