Prosecutor Vinnet Dahiya stressed the severity of the crime, noting the physical and psychological harm inflicted on the child. The convict committed aggravated sexual assault by touching the victim's genital area, leading to his conviction under Section 10 of the POCSO Act and additional charges of kidnapping.
