35 organizations, including the All India Dalit Mahila Adhikar Manch and All India Democratic Women's Association, highlight incidents of sexual violence in Kolkata, Manipur, Gujarat, Uttarakhand, Bihar, and Uttar Pradesh. The statement condemns the alleged cover-up and unsatisfactory responses from institutions and elected officials.
