Tragic Road Accident Claims Life of Jharkhand Escort Team Driver

A fatal road accident in Jharkhand's Seraikela-Kharswan district led to the death of a driver from former CM Champai Soren's escort team, with four others injured. The incident occurred close to Mudia Chowk as the team returned after dropping Soren at his village.

A driver from the escort team of former Jharkhand Chief Minister Champai Soren died in a road accident in Seraikela-Kharswan district, police reported on Wednesday.

The accident occurred near Mudia Chowk on Seraikela-Kandra Road around 1.30 am as the team was returning after dropping Soren at his native village, Jhilingora. The driver lost control of the vehicle, leading to the unfortunate incident.

The deceased, identified as constable Vinay Kumar, was accompanied by four other team members who sustained minor injuries and received first aid.
