Delhi High Court Pushes for Expeditious Allotment of Ghogha Dairy Colony Plots

The court mandated that these plans should highlight permissible construction areas meant for animal welfare, not human residence. It also provided interim protection against demolition for some Bhalswa dairy owners willing to relocate, contingent on detailed disclosures via affidavit.

The directive came on August 9 from a bench led by Acting Chief Justice Manmohan, emphasizing the need for time-bound and animal welfare-focused relocations, while ensuring necessary infrastructural amenities are established promptly.
