The complainant names Mehboob Sheikh, Gagan Kundu, and Soni Kundu as the accused, alleging the incidents occurred in February. Sheikh allegedly touched her inappropriately at work, while Gagan and Soni are accused of conducting a fake marriage under the guise of a joke.

Additionally, the accused reportedly circulated photos of the make-believe marriage, causing further distress to the victim. They are being charged under provisions of the Indian Penal Code and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, though no arrests have been made yet, and the investigation continues.
