In a dramatic turn of events in Madhya Pradesh's Rajgarh district, police have intervened to halt the cremation of 25-year-old Reena Tanwar, seizing her half-burnt body for a postmortem examination.

Acting on a complaint from her brother, who claimed she was murdered by her in-laws, authorities stopped the rites. Her in-laws, however, insist she died from a poisonous animal bite.
