14-Year-Old Girl's Harrowing Ordeal: Rescued After Three Years of Captivity

A 14-year-old girl in Murlipura, after escaping captivity in Haryana, revealed she was sold by her aunt at age 11, and forced to give birth twice. Police have arrested three individuals, including her aunt, under various criminal charges. The case is now under the supervision of an Additional SP rank officer.

A 14-year-old girl appeared at a Murlipura police station, carrying a two-month-old baby, and exposed a harrowing history of crime starting three years ago when she was sold by her aunt to a man in Haryana.

This infant was the second child she had during her captivity, the first being left with the man's family in Haryana after she gave birth at age 12.

Following her complaint, three individuals, including her aunt, have been apprehended for allegedly trafficking the girl when she was 11, the police reported on Friday.
