Baranagar MLA Sayantika Bandyopadhyay and Bhagabangola legislator Rayat Hossain Sarkar, who won during the bypolls coinciding with the Lok Sabha elections, have been staging a sit-in at the West Bengal assembly premises. Refusing to take the oath in Raj Bhavan, they resumed their protest in front of Ambedkar's statue in the assembly complex on Monday.
