Home Minister Vangalapudi Anitha announced the gesture, noting that Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu approved the ex-gratia.
Anitha visited the crime scene where the woman's unclothed body was discovered near a railway track in Sitarampuram. She emphasized that the culprits must be apprehended within 48 hours, adding that no laxity would be tolerated in the investigation.
